Caring for aging parents can be a stressful and overwhelming task.
One of the hardest things to adjust to is all of the changes in the parent/s. Physical as
well as mental abilities decompensate and most cases they refuse to admit these changes.
Family members can judge harshly , stand on the outside looking in, and offer direction, advice
and criticism without being willing to share the responsibility.
It is important to realize the reward is the satisfaction of knowing that you are doing your best
and that the love and kindness that you give to your parent is what matters most.
